I am 19 weeks and 1 day pregnant with a little boy. I saw him on a ultrasound at 18 weeks and everything looked great. With my first daughter I was about 21 weeks before I felt her but I really didnt know what to feel for, with my second daughter I felt her before 19 weeks but I cant remember exactly when. I am just kinda worried with this being my 3rd child I thought I would of felt him sooner. I am bigger this time around with my pregnancy and I heard the bigger you are it may take longer to feel. I havent lost all the baby weight from my last pregnancy which was 9 months ago. Should I be worried that I cant feel him yet or is this normal? I go for my next doctor appointment March 5th but I wanted some feedback from others to keep me from being worried.

I am 23 weeks pregnant with my third child and I only started feeling lots of movement at 21 to 22 weeks. They say that after your first baby you should start feeling movement sooner each time, but that isn't always the case. Some babies just take a bit longer.

Im in my 5th pregnancy and im now 23 weeks. I didnt feel my baby move until 21 weeks and she doesnt move very much at all. Shes really quiet. The doc says it normal and some babies just arent as active. I was really stressed until my 20 week ultrasound. I still dont feel her very often but Iknow she is healthy. Hope this helps a bit.

It could be the position of your placenta. That can cause you not to feel the babies movements as much.

I'm pregnant with my 4th and I didn't really feel he very much at 19 weeks. It kind of worried me. But now I'm 35 weeks and feel him all the time. It might be the position he is in. My little guy is really far in my back so I think that's why I didn't feel him very much.

have you been told the position of your placenta? if its anterior (on the fromt of your tummy) you may not feel alot untill ur baby is alot bigger,. or your baby could be positioned towards your back. if your concerend ring your midwife or dr.

Probably its the position. I don't know how much I would have felt with both my babies at that stage except for the fact they were both breach and used my bladder for a trampoline. I felt that!

What got my girls moving was music. I would lay on the couch and play them soething with a beat. But I fealt them both around week 15. If it bothers you allot you could call your drs office and talk to a nerce. They would rather have you call for something simple as to you not calling and soething be wrong..hoe this helps;)
