My son was born when I was 36 weeks. He seemed a little behind (though not very much) on some developmental milestones. He is just now 8 months and still doesn't have any teeth. I know it is normal but is there anyone out there still waiting on teeth like we are?? I feel like we have been teething FOREVER!!

My son was also born at 36 weeks and didn't get his first tooth until he was about 8 months, so I'd say you're pretty much on track.

My son was full term and started having teeth only at 10 months.... My friend's son had his at 15 months... Just be patient there is still plenty of time for them to come out.

You have probably heard this alot but it is NORMAL, don't worry!!! As mom of a preemie you prob worry about developmental milestones alot... my daughter was born at 30 weeks and she didn't get her teeth till she was about 10/11 months ( about 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 months corrective). All babies are diffrent, I have known FT's to get their teeth as late as 12 months and with preemies sometimes things just happen a lil later! Don't worry your lil man will get teeth soon!!!
