I used to fellow this schedule for my 7.5 month old daughter:

6-7am: wake up

7-8am: 4oz Bottle of Baby Juice (Half water Half Juice)

8-8:30am: Breakfast feeding 4-5oz Bottle of Formula with Enfamil Poly-Vi-Sol with Iron Multivitamins

9-9:30am: Spoon feed 2-4 oz Baby Cereal (Different Day to Day)

9:30-10am: Wash-up & Dressed

10-12pm: Nap/Playtime

12:30pm: Lunch feeding- 7oz Bottle of Formula

1-2pm: Playtime

2-3: Spoofed Snack Baby Jar Food 2-4oz

3-4:30pm: Nap/Walk/Playtime

4:30-5pm: Dinner feeding- 6-7oz Bottle Of Formula with a little bit of a Fruit or Veggie or Yogurt

5-6pm: Playtime/Story time

6-6:30;Spoon feed Snack Baby Jar Food 1-3oz with a little bit of Cereal

7-7:15: Bath time

7:25-7:45: Bedtime feedings- 8-9oz Bottle of Formula

7:45-8:30: teeth/gums brushed & Bedtime

which would give her 28-29 oz of formula a day and 5-11 oz of food a day. Sometimes during the night she will wake up for another 4-5oz Bottle of Formula but most nights she will sleep until the morning. I thought that it was a lot of food so a few day I fellowed followed wanted to eat. Come to find out she really wants between 21-29 oz of formula a day and 5-9 oz of food a day. She's not that big of a morning eater, so I have been give her about 4 oz of juice and later 4 oz of formula still in the morning for something in her to have in her belly. She wants for 4 oz of formula around 10-11am. Other then that we have lost our schedule. She still has the same bedtime ruten goiretuineI want to try to give her just 3 or 4 bottles a day again. I'm haven a hard time with maken one. Any one have any ieads? I am on WIC with her because we can't afford to buy all the foods and everything she needs plus everything else in our lives. She has a very sensitive belly and spits up a lot so I give her the juice to clam her belly somewhat so she doesn't spit up as much.

If I have a question about something I talk it over with her doctor first before starting something new.

My Trinity does poop normal, she poops 1-3 times a day and I change about 6-7 wet diapers a day.

She is a little heavy , she was 23.4 lbs and 27 ins at the end of September. She will spit up if she had more then 7 oz in her bottles before her bedtime one, not sure why but she does. Any ideas?

I found some babies just spit up more often. My first child never spit up once. My second spit up all the time, sometimes projectile style where it would fly across the room. Maybe her tummy is too full in the evening so she spits up whatever is too much for her. I would just try giving her a smaller nighttime bottle. I maybe would also try to prop her up a little so her head is a bit higher than her feet. We put a couple of books under one side of my sons crib so it is at a bit of an angle. They say that sometimes the flap that keeps food down isn't completely mature in some babies so food can slip up more easily. My second son is now 14 months and has outgrown his spit-ups, I bet your little one will too.
