So my 8 month old daughter is getting to where she will eat only 8 oz of formula a day. I don't offer anything but formula and she pushes it away. She would rather have her stage 3 food and cereal (which i mix with formula) and maybe a sip of formula here and there. Her pediatrician says it sounds like she is weaning but did not suggest anything to substitute it with. Anyone had this "issue"? I don't want to give her whole milk until a year unless she needs it, but want to make sure she is getting all the nutrients she needs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, my little man at 9mths decided he did not want formula anymore. I to was very worried that he would miss out on nutrients he needed. Our pediatrician said that my son was able to have full cream milk, water and juice. This worked well and hey did enjoy all 3 different fluids. His actual favourite was Water and he still loves it more than coke or juice "true"...My boy did not suffer from not having formula, he actually started walking at only 9mths and 13 days !!! Im confident you to will be able to ease your baby into other fluids that will offer sufficient nutrients for her. Good luck
