I have a 9 and a half month old. She used to sleep pretty good. And through the night. She even went a while no feedings. Recently she's been getting up numerous times through the night. So ill feed her once because sometimes during the day she doesn't want much of her bottle. She has no teeth yet. I think she's teething though. Anyway last few nights she just wakes up screaming every hour or so? No idea why and I don't know what to do.....? She in pain? Or just wanting me or dad? I don't know what happened, she was sleeping good? Any suggestions?

Look up 9 month sleep regression... Also perhas they are teething or hitting milestone which will cause sleep disturbances.. Babies change their schedules, every few months.. Just don't take them out to play or turn the lights on so a habit doesn't form

We kind of have a routine but I find it changes so often with her. We'll be so great for a week or so and then she changes? I find it hard to keep it up. .... Do I just force it on her? I usually try to keep with the routine but at times I don't have too much luck?

It may be the teething that is waking your daughter up. Do you have a sleep routine? It is VITAL you get one to set a good routine that will set you up for many years to come as well.

Whenever my baby wakes up screaming and crying, I usually give him sugar water. About 5oz of water and a tbs of sugar. That usually helps when they're scared and wake up screaming while sleeping. . As for tthe teething problem, orajel nighttime works really good.
