I am 21, married, my husband leaves in 1 week for Kuwait. I will be 12 weeks pregnant on Tuesday with my first. He has a son who will be 2 in October..... now on with the advice. I am having HORRIBLE morning sickness, I am on Zofran which has its days but having more bad days than good. I've tried crackers, sugar, carbonated drinks, everything... does anyone have any advice on how to get rid of this already?? I was hospitalized already for severe dehydration and almost went in again last night.. HELP!!!!!!!!

I had bad nausea and sickness as well.  Watermelon was my relief.  The plus about watermelon is it keeps you hydrated as well.  Good luck and hope you feel better soon!

I had hyperemesis throughout my pregnancy. I barfed the day I delivered my daughter. I was on zofran, too and it did work for me. Are you on the 4mg or 8mg dose? If you can up it, ask your OB. What I found worked was Propel Fitness Water: it has electrolites in it but has less sugar and sodium than gatorade so it will actually help keep you hydrated. At one point during my pregnancy all I could keep down was chicken noodle soup and Minute Maid juice bars. I tried all the home remedies: ginger ale, flat soda, soda crackers, lollipops, gum, mints, antacids...you name it, I tried it. Nothing worked except the zofran. I will warn you now: the diabetes test is gonna suck for you but you'll have to do it. I wish you the best of luck, hon. I know how much this sucks! It will get better, though. *hugs*

crushed ice! :) you gotta keep yourself hydrated babe. Shake a coke and drink it flat..or Ginger Ale works wonders. I never had morning sickness but know what its like to be sick. That sucks about the hubby :( Be strong and don't forget your having a BABY and it should be one of the happiest times of your life :)
