I had an emergency c-section . With my twins at only 26 weeks. Cos my lungs collapased. I was comatose for almost 4 days. And when i woke up it was a severe shock to learn what had happened and that my babies were taken via c section. And even more of a shock when i tried to sit and my vagina was swallowen the size of golfballs needless to say couldnt sit for days. But now the swellinq has qone away . And my skin is so dry from alittle below belly button all the way to my thiqhs and my butt too. And its cracking and bleeding .. Has this happened to anyone?!

My c-section was in 2007, same thing with me. Tender and somewhat painful at times. More so when I've had on jeans or such. It has improved over time though.

I had a c-section with my sons in 2006 and 2007, my doctor told me it was normal unless you had pain but my mother use to tell me that it would go away in time.

i had a c section in 2006 and in 2008 and still to this day almost everyday my area where the c section happened hurts really really bad it hurts to touch it, it hurts to dry it when after the shower sometimes it even hurts to stand up straight, im not quit sure what is going on but my doctor said it could be a hernia like i started my regular routine to soon after comin home or it just could be because im super busy and not enough time to relax. that could be something wrong with ur pain also check just to be sure ... good luck

I noticed that if my pants were too tight it would really bother my scar. Jeans were the worst! Make sure you have good underwear on too so their not slipping down or digging in. It can take awhile for it to heal all the way and for the scare tissue to diminish.

spots like marks or spots like you feel funny and it comes and goes? if marks, then it might be irritation to your underwear or your pants touch it and it gets all irritated. i had a c-section almost a year ago and i still get crazy razor bumps around the scar even though it healed fine and got smaller and i never had any pains or discomfort around it since pretty much 30 days after c.

if you get tingly sensations, then it's the nerves reconnecting as the skin finishes to grow back together around your scar. you might get really itchy around there too. with me it happened a little earlier around 2-3 wks after c.

I had a c-section 2 years ago, and every once in awhile the scar is very tender and touchy. My doctor told me it is normal, as long as i don't have any bad pain or cramping in that area,
