Quoting Rebecca:

it could be anything from a new food, or even touching something outside. I know my son who is 8 months got heat rash... I also did not give him anything but he got tiny red bumps all over his back and it itched him pretty badly It started to clear up by the next day he just got to hot. My grandfather said its easy for this to happen in babies cause the sweat glands clog.

thanks alot

Did you change laundry soap or fabric softener? That could trigger that kind of reaction too.

It might be.. just try to watch what he gets into or it could be a change in laundry deterget my oldest broke out from that when she was younger

It could be... my grandfather is a doctor and he said that an allergy does not always happen the first time your child eats/ or is exposed to the new thing. It can take up to 3 times to develop an allergy. How old is your son? hope I helped
