Am I pregnant?

I went to the doctor in December to start taking birth control. The doctor performed a routine pap smear and told me the results would be available in a week. I got a call and I was told that there was a abnormal cell on my cervix. At some point the words pre-cancerous came into the conversation. My fiance and I were devastated. The doctor suggested that I find a ob/gyn. By this time I had completely missed my December period and was 5 days away from missing my January period. I decided to take a pregnancy test at the end of January and it was positive. I ended up taking 4 tests total and all were positive. But I read the pregnancy test box and it says that some medical conditions could cause a false answer. Is it possible the abnormal cell could give me a false positive or am I really pregnant? Since I took the test my breasts are really sore and tender to the touch and morning sickness. But other than that I do not feel pregnant like I did with my first kid. Please help I am desperate.
