Am I too young to have a baby?

I've graduated from high school and college and will be 24 by the time I give birth. I've known my boyfriend for about 8 years but we've only been dating a year. I'm definitely in love with him and I'm happy that he is happy but I was hoping this would happen about 2 years from now. I'm guessing I'll be happy later. Am I too young?

I had my first at 22 as a newly wed. It depends on the person but once you have the baby it will be hard just due to a complete lifestyle change along with body changes... but you will definitely be head over heels when you hear that first cry and see it's little face... even just the heart beat on the monitor makes you giddy with love!... you will be fine and you are actually at your healthiest time to bare a child.

I JUST turned 23 (yesterday actually :P) and I have 2 little ones. You're not too *young*, but it's pretty normal to feel not ready and unprepared :)

You'll get used to it all :) Best of luck

I will be 23 by the time my little buy arrives and though it wasn't exactly part of my plans, I have now come round to the idea and can't wait to be a mother. Where I live, 23 is pretty old to be having your first child so nobody thinks I am too young to start a family. I am still at university and will continue attending once my baby is here. Me and my bf have only been together 2 years but both of us are over the moon to be parents now!

I was 19 when I had my baby. I know several people who had kids a 16 and are great moms. At this point, only you can decide if you are too *young* for this. Frankly age has little to do with it, you need to assess your maturity level to determine whether or not you can handle this.
