Any advise on getting into shape physical while taking care of a 2 month old?

diet.. With my first son I did my husbands diet at the time and lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks.. with out working out.. dont wait to long to try adn loose weight thats how mommies get the extra skin and stuff...

I have three boys 8 6 2months I exercise while baby is napping he takes a 3hr nap in afternoon and i use my videos that i have and i love to exercise it makes me feel better after i am done or i take all my kids on a walk just try something that you enjoy

Try and get some exercise while the baby is sleeping. if you have any exercise equipment, mke use of it while baby is napping. All I had was a stepping machine and I gave up on it after awhile but while I was using it i felt more energized. Walking really helps too and it keeps baby calm as well, Dancing around the house is great as well. For me I found not having any snacks after 6:00 or so really helped me with that extra bit of fat. I have two kids and I am 120 pounds and feeling great. there are some shows that show fun ways to lose weight with your babies, you could try searching it on youtube or something, it may help. Walking is a great way to do it, or if you don't have that option (it gets hard when you have a 3 month old, 2.5 year old and 3.5 year old) get a stationary bike or an eliptical so you can get your exercise in while watching tv or listening to your favorite music.I usually do some simple exercises while the kids are napping and jump on the bike in the evening when it's cooled down a bit and the kids are in bed. Put on some music and dance! That's what I do with my kids. Part of the time I hold my two year old while dancing around, and at other times we just dance side by side or while holding hands. Its a great cardio workout for both of us.

I went out & bought a jogging stroller & I would jog everyday for @ least 1 hour sometimes I would just power walked it helped allot.
