I've tried gel, cold binkie, pain meds and even a wet cloth but none seem to help anymore

Get humphries teething tablets. Theyre little ball shaped tablets that dissolve instantly. They work amazingly

Try rubbing your baby's gums with a clean finger until the friction makes a squeaky sound - the pressure on the gums is suppose to relief pain. If nothing else works, have you considered giving otc pain killers? For babies at least 6 months old, ibuprofen is an option, too, and can also help reduce inflammation in your baby's gums
good luck

Thank you :) I've given her baby tylenol and used generic numbing gel. But just recently I found teething tablets that seem to do the trick!
