I am currently expecting my first child, which is a girl. I am 26weeks . I know that its usual for someone expecting a girl to have a lot of heartburn, but what are some of the best things to do for it? Also she has learned that she can now get into my rib area, what are some good ways to stop the pain without harming her?

All I know I had bad heartburn to the point I was scared to eat. I know the old wives tale that if you have a lot of heartburn it's because the baby will have a full head of hair. When my son was born he had and still has a full head of hair so I guess it was true!. But anyway eat ice cream it helps.

Poke her foot, it doesn't hurt her:) also, watch what you eat, even broccoli has high acid! Prop yourself up when you sleep, and maybe some tums. Only calcium, so it's fine. Just don't over do it lol good luck!
