All these types of medication come with their own set of terrifying side effects! How long has it take to finally get the medication right?

Hi sorry i've taken a while to get back to you my internet's been done. I spoke to my friend and she give me this advice to you.

When you have given some medication you need to put a routine in place while his on the tablet. Never change the routine otherwise it's an unfair test. Say his on one tablet that the doctors are testing him on you need to ask yourself is it the outcome that you wanted (his lifestyle), deal with and what your child can live with.

When talking to the professorial's be strong and firm with them. Don't let the professorial's tell you whats best for your child as you've told them about the child but you need to remember that you are always gonna know him best. It can take months or years to find that right medication. But if you've try a tablet that you thought your child was ok with but want it to be better then you need to ask yourself. How, why and is it realistic that his going to be better.

If you know everything you've tried isn't working then maybe you need to have the tablet that was ok or tablet his on now change when he takes them to 3 hourly instead of 4 hourly or increase tablet all together but get him to take it 3 hourly. Never give up with the different cocktails of hours or dose. Always ask for what you need by being strong and firm.

The best tablet my friend has found for her son was a 12 hour slow relies tablet (concertaxl). If you have tried a tablet before you can always try the same tablet again as the might take him to him this times because his growing or his body might of refused it last time but not this time.

I do hope this advice does help but if you have any more questions get back to me and I'll be happy to help
