My son just turned 1 on the 18th. I've always been concerned about my son's eating habits. I never know if he is eating enough! For several months we really struggled to get him to eat ANYTHING, but now he is doing better. Here is his schedule:

7-8am Breakfast: A handful of cheerios, 1 container of yogurt, either blueberry cream cheese toast OR blackberry jelly toast & occasionally a little bit of watered down apple juice in a sippy cup (usually he doesn't even drink it)

9:30am Snack: another handful of cheerios (he LOVES them) or a container of prunes or something, either water or more watered down juice. He usually just drinks a little bit

10:30 Naptime: 8oz of toddler formula in a bottle (yes, I know...we're still on the bottle hehe) I'm TRYING to wean him to a sippy cup or a regular cup & we are having a hard time with seems like the only way I can get him to take a nap lol

12:30pm Lunch: Either a grilled cheese sandwich with a bit of turkey or ham OR a blackberry jelly sandwich if he didn't have one for breakfast, & applesauce & sweet potatoes

3:30pm Snack: 1 container of yogurt & water in a sippy cup or regular cup

5:30-6:00pm Dinner: Very similar to lunch OR he'll eat what I'm eating such as chicken, noodles with a little gravy sauce, soup, etc.

8:00pm Bedtime: Another 8oz bottle of toddler formula (but lately he has only been drinking about half of it, so I'm going to start trying some regular milk in a sippy cup before bed.)

My son just turned one on the 10th. His meal schedual is something like this:

7-8 am Breakfast (infant cereal made with juice & yogurt or quaker oatmeal w/ fruit or waffle/pancake w/o syrup but with fruits)
10 am Snack & juice (teddy grams, yogurt, gerber puffs, or something small like that, and V8 fusion juice watered down)
12pm Lunch (Main Course: gerber graduate meal, pasta or rice dish, Sides: gerber snacks, yogurt, applesauce, fruits, or veggies)
2 or 3pm Snack (same as before, just light snack and some juice)
5pm Dinner (similair to lunch)
6-7pm Snack (same as before or part of my dinner....he has dinner at the babysitters but generally wants to snack on parts of mine)
7-8pm Milk (Soy Milk in a sippy cup before bed)

**Just advice sometimes my boy gets picky and don't want to eat things, but if I offer something....anything to dip it in he instantly loves it. Even if it's just the juice his food was cooked in.
