My son has had on and off baby acne and he is now 2 almost 3. What I find to help it is to not really do anything! lol I had been putting lotion on his face, also using baby wipes on his face after him eating, drinking, and both made it worse and took longer for it to go away. I just make sure his face stays dry and clean( using water on a cloth) and try not to touch his face a lot. Also make sure the soaps your using are for sensitive skin, it helps too

Do not use baby oil on your child's skin when he/she has baby acne. Even though baby oil is non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) the perfume in the oil may irritate the skin. My daughter broke-out in baby acne when she was 3-4 months, we took her to her pediatrician about two weeks after her breakout and he told us there is no set time frame on how long it may last but he recommended us to switch from the baby body wash (Johnson & Johnson) to Dove white soap bars. Her skin cleared up within two weeks! We haven't used anything other than Dove soap to wash her since and she hasn't had another breakout!

I use the Weleda baby range for washing and massaging. It's super gentle and my girl has beautiful skin. I used baby oil 1ce and she broke out.

Whatever you do don't try to remove it. My mum tried removing mine when i was a baby and now i have scars on the top parts of my cheeks. My son has them as well but they went away after awhile. Just let them be, they'll go away on there own eventually. :)

mine seems to enjoy his bath time, too, so maybe we'll try to give him one everyday and see if that helps! is your little one's bath part of her bedtime routine?

yeah I had heard the same thing as far as the acne just going away on it's own; meanwhile, I just hate seeing it on my poor baby's face. :( maybe we'll try more baths--right now we're bathing him every 2-3 days (probably more like every 3 days lately).
