My son is 4 months old and has a cold. He is already on Amoxicillan for an ear infection and has now caught I cold. I've been unable to reach his pediatrician and want to know if there is anything I can give him?

I want to thank everyone for your advise. I finally got a hold of my pedi and I can give him 1/4 tsp of benedryl every 8 hours since he is over 13 lbs.

there's nothing you can give them at 4 months. if he is stuffed up you can give him saline nose drops but thats about it. if he has a cough running the hot water in the shower and sitting there for a few minutes with him helps.

If his nose is stuffy, shoot some breast milk up there.
