My daughters dad hasn't been in her life for over 10 months she is 1 year old, he has repeatedly attacked and assaulted my family, I'm goin though court to get a non molistation order on him, but in the proceedings of this after court case 1 he viciously attacked my farther with a Cro bar and it's on video he smashed car window and was arrested at the seance and is now on bail until further notice, he has recently put a application to the court for contact to my child after I stopped cuz of his heavy drug and alcohol usage, he wants contact center acess where do I stand ?

My anunt has almost the same problem...she has twin boys and their dsd has visitations like twice a week for like 3 hours a day...they meet in front of the police station for safety and it is supervised..

His voilent and a danger he might get visitation rights but with your presence only ask fir that tell them how you feel that his a danger to every one

He'll probably get it. He wasn't assaulting the child. He is asking for contact centre access, so it is supervised. The problem here is, you don't get to say whether he can see his child or not, the court does. And there is a big chance he will get supervised visitation.
