Its been a year sense my baby girl was born and I still have my baby fat and its making me depressed.....I have tried running and exercising and diets. Nothing helps and I get made fun of and called fat at school. I feel ugly when I see my hubby checking out skinny girls.. it makes my chest hurt.

Doctor Oz says that drinking green tea can help lose belly fat. It was on one of his shows, maybe you can find it online. I agree that eating smaller portions will help, I am having trouble with that myself. I always eat two plates of dinner even though I feel full after one but I can't help it, it tastes so good :) I try and eat only what was around 100 years ago like fruits, veggies, pasta and meat. I try to avoid the middle aisles of the grocery store as much as possible and instead buy things that will go bad. I cook my own dinners. I try to not eat things from a box too often, maybe once every two weeks when I don't feel like cooking we will have frozen pizza or fast food. It is a difficult change at first so try changing it a little by little.
As for him looking at women I would try to not let it bother you so much. If you see him looking I would look too and smile. Smile and be happy for them, it makes you feel better and more beautiful on the inside which makes you more beautiful on the outside. Dont be happy that hes looking but happy that we are all different. I know its silly at first but you WILL feel better. The only thing you can really do is change your response and thinking towards it...for the better and eventually it wont even bother you. Remember there is always someone better looking and we should embrace that beauty and let it help us be more beautiful not bitter and remember don't compare yourself to other women! We are all different and beautiful in our own way and everyone sees the world through different eyes :)

I'm so sorry people make fun of you at school :( Some people need to put others down to feel better about themselves. Once you are finished school you will realize that looks are not as important as you think, personality and attitude are wayyy more important!!

Ya it's crazzy right I have 8 childeren my oldest is 16 youngest is 10 mounths
Ias u can am agen I never get out of the house so my exersize is cleaning cleaning and I drink water all day long and hinny don't swet it ur a mom :)

Ya I have 8 kids I'm 32 and Iv lost all my waight all every time lots of exercise

Try a band round ur fats n pull ur tummy in whn u walk n drink a lot of water at least 8glasses a day like the doctor ordered

hey , i really feel for u . I m also in process of shedding baby fat. my little one is nearing 9 months old n i have cribbed n cribbed bout my weight till now . . .see now i feel we gained weight because we were carrying babies and not by having big bag of chips n lying in front of tv . I read a lot of diet plans n exercises and tried them too but in vain . I really dont get time to work out so now since last two months i have cut down on my food portions , i drink lots of water , avoid suger , and take at least 4 small meals a day. Also do little cardio 3 times a week . . Most of the days i just tk a walk or jog a bit . And trust me i have started loosing weight say about a pound a week . . . Its been two months and i m already seeing difference slowly though . Sometimes i dont do anything in a week n eat sweets too . . . But i check and keep a note of my weight every week . So be reasonable with ir self . Set an realistic plan for urself that suits u the best . Dont lose hope . Hope this helps u . Tk cr

Lol one is enough for me. How do you do it? That would be sooooo stressful.it would probably be better after I graduate high school..... im 21 and still trying to get my diploma. I was in an accident that kept me out for two years. My lifes a mess lol.

Yeah I deffenently dont drink that much water. Lol I used to be 154 befor I got pregnant and now im 181 and I cant seem to get any smaller. I also want to lose more weight then befor I was preganat. Its hard.
