I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 3 month old and I forgot when I can start giving her baby food. Anybody know?

The standard recommendation is 6 months, because that gives their digestive systems enough time to mature so they can handle things other than breastmilk or formula. Some cues you can look for to decide if she's ready for solid are that she can sit up unsupported and has lost the tongue thrust reflex.
