can you brush your babys mouth to give them clean and fresh breath and get rid of the leftover residue from bottle feeding that is sometimes left around their lips? and can you brush a baby's tongue?

I always buy the finger toothbrushes made for babies. The have rubber brushes on them

I "brush" before they get teeth also. Gums are actually more important than teeth, ask your dentist if you don't believe me. So I make sure gums are in good shape. Around one year you can switch to a bristle brush and start adding in baby toothpaste.

This also makes it easier when they do have teeth, they never fight with you on the process since it's normal to have their gums cleaned while in the bath.

the only time you brush is when they start getting teeth but the way you clean them now is by taking a cloth and just wiping down there gums. you can ask your doctor or health nurse about it and good more ideas of how to do it

In the grocery store, they are in the baby aisle where i shop. Many will sell them as a combo with finger brush, regular brush and fluoride free toothpaste. The tooth paste isn't needed until there are teeth.
