I'm 20 weeks pregnant, and before we decided to put this baby up for adoption, my fiance and I talked about baby names. We decided on one name for each gender. Boy: Emmett Lee White and Girl: Alice Snow White. I think the girl name is really cute! Some people think it's too unprofessional, and that she would either get teased, or not get hired because of it. What do you think?

I like both and really like denikka said not many people put their full middle name on anything. Neither name is unprofessional in my opinion.

I think that's silly. I don't actually know anyone who puts their middle name on a resume (unless they actually go by it like Bobby-Ann or whatever).
Alice White sounds plenty professional to me, but if she chooses to be a little funky or whatever, she can choose to go by Snow or whatever.

My daughter is names after a flower (Linnaea). and one of her middle names is a month (June).

When I think of the so called *unprofessional* names, I think more like *Sparkle* or *Diamond* or some of the really crazy names that some parents come up with. And that's more for first names anyways. I think it's more than okay to be a bit more creative with middle names than you would be with first names.
