Is there any way to get rid of the baby pooch after having 2 c-sections? I have tried working out and changing my eating habits, but nothing seems to help the pooch. My stomach got smaller but not the pooch. Please help me......

Try running ( i just posted this on someone elses thread) like fast cardio running. i just started getting back into shape ( my daughter is 14months old... i know im lazy lol) And pilates helps alot too b/c it works on your core muscle in your back and belly.

good luck!

Thank you. I think I have gotten mine down as small as it is going to get without surgery. I didn't want to consider that option but it doen't look like I really have many other options.

I would love to say that this just takes time, and for most of us it does. Follwing a good diet and exercise regime always helps. For others of us, though, it depends on how big our belly's got during pregnancy. Some of that pooch is just over-extended skin that can't go back to the way it was before. You could always talk to your doc and see what they have to say, maybe there is a cream you could use to re-elastisize your skin. I know that for some, plastic surgery has been the only way. Hope this helps!!
