My son is 7 months and I too am still struggling to lose the weight. I gained a whopping 50 lbs and am down to the last 10. I take my son for long walks 2 times a day and drink only water. It has helped so much. Also, lie flat on your back, knees shoulder width apart and sit your son on your stomach. Then, lift your lower stomach up and down, do three sets of 10. You will feel the burn and your son will crack up as he rides the "mommy train." I have done this and have noticed a significant drop in belly bulge. Plus, you could lay him on the ground and stand directly over him. Spread your legs, put your hands and arms out to your side and bend over, touching your right hand to your left food and so forth. Hold your abs in as you do this. I like to vary it up by throwing in some tickles to my boy. This also helps tone up those abs. Good luck girl and hope these helped!

You can go for walks with him, or you can get one of those bike trailers if you have a bike, and take him for a ride with you. My kids love it.

I agree with all above. You can also tone your diet. That doesn't mean eat less, but make really smart choices. Never skip breakfast, eat at least 4 times a day. Limit sweets and soda. High protein and whole grains will make you feel full longer so you're less likely to eat out of boredom (I have a hard time doing that). I had stopped losing weight for a while and I changed my eating habits. I lost about 10 pounds in a month just from that. Also, you can't eat what isn't in the house, so don't buy the junk and you won't be tempted to eat it.

you can buy workout videos that you can do with your child, i have a mom and tots workout video! my daughter is 2. its fun for her too! i think you can buy ones for mom and babies too!! obviously its not gonna be a high intensity workout, but your child is only 9 months old, so there is not much you can do "with" him... other than that, put him in the stroller and go for long walks!
also.... try not to eat any carbs 3-4 hours before bed.. late night carbs are a killer....

1) dont stress about it your baby is ONLY 9 months old.
2) it's ok 2 still have a bit of baby weight it can take up to 2 years to lose it,
3)when your baby is on the move belive me so will you be you find the weight will drop off cos your always running after them.

i walk were ever i can, you can really get up a good pase whilst pushing a pram,it save's money on travle, give's both you and your baby some fresh air and burn's off the fat.honestly it works give it a try,

I agree with Melissa, The best work out is with your son. You can take him to the park and play with him that way fresh air is always good when trying to get motivated. Good luck and keep us posted.

just start with going for walks thats what i do in the morning. its great for you and the baby. playing with your baby can be a workout as well. lay down on the floor and pretend hes a plaine or just even do weights with him i know it sounds weird but just lifting him up and down is a workout. when hes down give him a kiss or tikkle his tummy. just be creative with everything you do with the little one it can all be turned into easy workout and you will see a big change. also you need to eat regularly and drink lots of water it has a big impact on your weight what you eat and if you drink lots of sugary drinks the weight wont go away

Try slim in 6. Works great gets your cardio in and get the starter kit, it requires no weights and is only about 45 minutes, great to do when baby naps! And remember drink lots of water, it halps tone loose skin back up and also each baby usually means one extra pant size after all is said and done. So dont beat yourself up. You have done and amazing thing with your body and it takes double the time to lose the weight than it took to put it on. Good Luck!
