Im still not back to my pre pregnancy body. I feel like ive doubled in size. I use to be 110, now im 135. My boyfriend says it doesnt matter im beautiful. I dont feel huge, but i feel my frame is big. Im just not comfortable. Will my frame go back to what it was with exercise? Or am I stuck with these curves?

Don't rush it!. Depending on what is going on in your life, it can take years to get back. Drink lots of water, I have seen it shrink extra skin. Do the stroller walk (take baby for walks) and use your child for exercise, they love it! Airplane rides, baby lifts, etc. And yes, at some point you do have to love you as you are!

I gained 50 lbs while pregnant. After I had my baby I was 3 sizes bigger than my pregnancy body. After eating right and exercising I am now back into my pre pregnancy clothes. I started off walking on the treadmill. I added hills as I got stronger. Then I worked my way up to the elliptical. After about five months I was back to my normal size. Try exercising and eating right. You should go back to your normal size if you are consistent.

I want to give you a brighter outlook. After having two children, although my breasts are smaller, my body is mostly back to better than before I had kids. I actually got lucky enough to weigh less now than before having kids, and despite herniating my abdominal wall with #2 and having a c-section with #1, the only thing you can tell with me is where the abdomen herniated above my belly button.

While the others are right that you may not get back to pre-baby looks, it isn't impossible. Remember that you have to not only eat right and exercise, but stress and varying your exercise play factors as well.

Good luck!

You may get down to your pre pregnant weight, but you'll never be the same shape. I got down to my ideal weight right away, but i still have bigger hips and my breasts are different. Plus i have stretch marks and loose skin around my stomach. I exercise regularly and eat healthy. As long as i feel healthy, thats all that matters. I wrapped my belly to help shrink it after pregnancy. That may help you too.

Your body post pregnancy will never be the same as pre pregnancy. I am very lucky that I lost my baby weight straight away, BUT my body is still different after having my kids to how it looked before.

I would have loved to have kept the curves I had just after I had my son, but it wasn't to be. Like Elizabeth said you have to learn to accept that things about your bady have changed and there's not much you can do about it.

Even with exercise you may not get the body you want or had. Believe me I exercise 5 days a week, with lots of cardio, weights and resistance training. I am fitter, stronger and more toned than I have ever been but my body is still not the same. My hips are still wider, my boobs have shrivelled to nothing and I still have loose skin round my stomache.

*Sigh* oh to be 135 lbs...Everyone is different..the curves may not go away but if they don't will have to learn to accept and embrace your new body.
