My daughters father owes me $4,000 in back child support and I believe he's decided not to file his taxes so I dont get any of them because there is already an order for them in the IRS. If he does not file, can I take him to court for any kind of tax evasion?

The AGs office can. My ex owes me 10,000 and they took his this year and I think he thinks he can get out of it next year but the AG is already onto him.
