my son can't stop wetting the bed and we've tried cutting the drinks off up to 2 hours before bed time and waking him up in the middle of the night but nothing's helped....any suggestions?

How old is your son? I've read that bed-wetting is sort of hereditary. If the parents were bedwetters, the child is likely to be as well. Also, it is common in boys to suffer from this more than girls...and the incidence decreases with age, but there are boys who deal with this even up until even 10-12 I've read. Check with your doc/pediatrician just to rule out any biological issues in my opinion. But other than that it is just a matter of time...

Have you talked to his doctor about it. It is very common for boys of that age to have an underdeveloped bladder. If so, it is no fault or yours or your son's and you may just have to keep him in nighttime pullups until his bladder catches up with the rest of his body.
