Helloo... My baby is turning 8 months next week and I gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Well I have already lost all that weight, but I still have a little belly pooch in my lower abdomen...
What can I do to get rid of it??? Help!!! Summer is around the corner. ;(

I have 3 kids. almost 5 and 17 month old twins. They weighed 6.8 and 6.9 ounces and I gained a grand total of 68 pounds and carried them to 39 weeks. It has taken a good year to see that pooch diminish. I still have some loose skin and a few pounds more to lose but time and exercise has helped the pooch go down. 8 months postpartum I say give yourself a break and see how things improve after a year.

Wow. I am sorry about all this. Have you tried those shape wear? They really keep you tight. I used them for a while... But I am too lazy to put them on. I'll probably start wearing them again at least to be around the house.

We are living off of one income so there is a money issue and im a type one diabetic ( for 27 years) my husband is very affraid of something happening to me during or after surgery. Im 31 and dont think i can go the rest of my life feeling the way i do about myself. Everyone keeps telling me how awesome i look. Thats because clothes cover everything up. Nothing ever fits me right right now i have a pair of jeans on size 5 they fit in my stomache but are too big on legs and butt. If i didnt have the sagging loose skin i would be in a size 3-4. Same with panties never fit right. I love the sexy lowrise but they sit eight where my overhang is so asa i move they roll down :-(

Why don't you do a tummy tuck? I wouldn't want to do any surgery now but if it doesn't go away then there is no other option.

Hello Kristin... I am sorry that you feel this way. Sometimes I feel like this also. We just need to find ways to feel beautiful.
Im trying the Jillian Michaels work out and Ive lost like 15lb. However this little pooch is still here. Is not huge or saggy it just seems like my muscle has garden out instead of in. Idk!

I have 3 kids 11 8,4 they where all 10lbs so i gained alot of weight with them all. After my 4 year old was born i tyed my tubes since i was done having kids i could start working on myself again. In two years ive dropped 70 lbs my pooch has gotten small but i dont think mine will ever go away :-( im very depressed and very self concious about this. My husband tells he all the time how beautiful i am but i never believe him because of my stomache issue.
