My daughter now has two teeth on top and two teeth on bottom. She has been acting like more are coming in and while checking her gums i noticed that a spot for a potential tooth looks very brised. is this normal? when should i be comcerned and go tothe doctor about it?

I have never noticed that my kids' gums looked bruised, but I would imagine that they could. Has she fallen or bitten something that could have caused the bruise?
