My son is 4 weeks old and I had given him saline drops and he's a mover and I got some in his eye. I was just wondering has this happened to any of yous and can it harm him especially since he's only 4 weeks old?

Saline is just sterile salt water. Not harmful at all. Saline is used for all sorts of things, from eye drops to nose sprays, etc. When you're dehydrated and go to the hospital, what they hook you up to is an IV of saline. Your natural tears are, essentially, the same as saline.

Worst case scenario, it may slightly sting for a split second, but no, it won't do any damage. :)
