I'm sure I'm 8 weeks 2days My ultrasound says i'm 11weeks which it doesn't make any sense to me because i was on my period on that time.. now i know they say they are accurate .. my bf is really tall can the baby just be bigger n that's why the ultrasound is reading that far..?

Are you counting your weeks from the beginning of your last period? That's the way how far along you are is measured.
It's NOT taken from when you had sex/conceived.

The ultrasound still calculates weeks from last menstrual period. You may well have conceived 8 weeks ago, but the calculation will be 11 weeks because of your period. Your friend may have conceived later in her cycle. At this early stage, the ultrasounds are generally pretty accurate - within 3-4 days. It wouldn't be 3 weeks out. It is quite feasible that even if you and your friend had the same LMP, you conceived 2 weeks apart.

I thought the ultrasound scans n reads waves n is able to tell how many weeks the bby is.. I didn't count my 1st day period seens is far from when it was conceived.. my friend is also pregnant n we both had the 1st day period the same day but her ultrasound tells her she's 9weeks and couple days.. But counting my first day Of period does says 11weeks..
