My daughter who is 11 months old has been taking 2 naps a day, but they all depend on what time she wakes up. If she wakes up at 7am she goes down after 10am (or if she's up at 8am, goes down 11am), and sleeps for no more than an hour and a half. Then she takes her last nap around 3:30pm and that's usually for about an hr. Next week she starts swim class which is at 4pm Tues and Thurs...I don't know how to change her nap times? Eliminate 1 nap? Or just be normal the other days except class days...what do you guys think>

I would try waking her up a little early from her first nap so she's tired for her second sooner...I'v done this a few times for different reasons with my 7 month old daughter and it works every time...:D

When My daughter was taking two naps and I wanted to switch her schedule, I only allowed her to take one nap a day. It took about a week to get her turned around, but eventually it worked out. She sleeps for 1.5 to 2 hrs during the early afternoon. I think it is important to keep them on some sort of schedule. She knows that after lunch it is nap time and she will now say "nite nite" when it is time. Hope it all works out for you.
