olive oil !!!!!! we swear by it !!!! works wonders on dry skin as well and perfect for babies with sensitive skin as contains no added chemicals!! our son was on nicu and the nurses all used it there as well =] just apply to head and allow to soak for a few minutes and brush gently x x x

Gentle Naturals Cradle Cap Treatment. I think you can get it at Wal-Mart. I used it for both my boys. It worked the first time & it never came back. It also washes right off without making their hair all greasy.

use butter it works a treat. rub it right in then brush it through till it all starts to come away from scalp then wash hair as normal.

We always just briskly rubbed her head with the tips of my fingers when shampooing, it seeming to loosen up the flakes. Make sure you don't do it too hard to hurt them. :-)

dentonox cradle cap shampoo is good then dry hair and brush, should soften and wen brush the flakes come out x
