I think it is just separation anxiety. I also work full-time, but stop by my son's daycare to see him during the day. When I peek through the door, he's playing and perfectly happy, but as soon as he catches sight of me he cries until I pick him up. He does this at home sometimes too when my husband is holding him. I assume it will pass as he develops a better sense of his surroundings. Right now, I find it is best to talk and sing to him for reassurance when I can't actually hold him. We also play peek-a-boo and I make sure to say good-bye when I drop him off. If all else fails, I just hold him though! I'm sure it won't be like this forever, and it is developmentally appropriate for right now.

it could just b that he misses you when your not there n that he feels happy and comfy wants you have a hold of him. he might just b glad to have you back home and things like that. they dont tend to show that they miss you much but thats prob what it is if there isnt wind or anything like that there.
