Does anyone know if Medicaid pays for the depo shot?

yes they do cover for the shot but make sure you keep up with it every three months. Like Carrie said it does do all that and for me I was both over weight and depressed without it so it didn't do well for me. I have the IUD now and it has been great. I still get the spotting periods but hey its better than a big one plus its there for five years they take it out put a new one in the same day. you have to take a break with the shot or it can do some damage.

Yes it does. But I would like to warn you yes it is nice not having periods with the shot, but with the shot it can cause you to gain alot of wait and it can also cause depression! Hope this helps!
