Hi Everyone.
Im a young mummy at 22 years old. My wonderful daughter is 8 months old and i do love her to bits. She is my world.
When i found out i was pregnant i was so happy but at the same time my mind starting thinking over time.
What would my life be like??? Do i really love my partner?? What would my family think of me.
By the way my partner is wonderful and my familys supported me threw it all and are still their to this day.
Ive been feeling really down, feel like crying alot. I went to my doctor and she told me i have severe depression, more than likely due to having a baby and my life changing alot and my body not been the same. She gived me tablets but to be honest they made me worse. Ive been suffering depression since the age of 15 due to finding my friend DEAD. does anyone have any tips on how to pick myself back up. My daughter is my life.... xx

It's easy when they something like that. It makes mommyhood more than worth all the downs that it could ever throw at us.

A good support system! I know the feeling. I am almost due with my second daughter and am feeling the same way. However, I snuggle up with my toddler and whenever she holds onto my arm my heart melts and I cry, but in a good way this time.

Also sometimes, if you work or go to school, it can help you out too. It gives you a little form of distraction throughout the day when things get really rough.

Feel free to message me if you every want to talk!
