I the past 5-6 weeks i have been very very depressed, for days i don't leave my bed (about 15years ago i survived a war, massacres, genocide, ethnic cleansing, rape, few years after meet my husband and moved to USA) I just had my 2nd baby 6months ago and I am at the lowest point of my life i ever been. I had few health issues and just had surgery and i have terrible migraines. Please if any of you have any tips share, I'm desperate and pills are not helping.

Please make and appointment to speak to a councellor or therapist... Its really not something to be taken lightly and the best thing you can do for yourself and your kids is make sure you are in a healthy place emotionally. Best of luck.

I think talking to someone or a therapist would help you. It sounds like you have had a really tough life and having a baby shouldn't be so depressing. If you could possibly have someone care for your infant while you get a few hours to relieve yourself a few times a week that wouldn't hurt. Most importantly, spousal/partner support is the biggest thing right now. If you don't have a significant other, family should be the next thing you turn to for help. Take care and God Bless You!
