any moms with kids in diapers noticed that the diaper bags come with less diapers for the same price or at least it seems like that to me. I have an 8 month old and a 2 year old still in diapers and I really do think that they are putting less diapers in the bags and not just because the size goes up i know when the size goes up there are less diapers but there just seems to be less diapers now then before. I want to know if any one else has noticed this?

I just bought 2 bags today size 4 came with 31 and my size 5 came with 27 both for $10.48 each at wal-mart which is really all we have in my new home town. now I know they used to come with more for the same price and the same sizes!

Instead of the baby food aisle, go to the actual baby section.  You can get the bigger boxes, and it ends up being so much cheaper.  I don't know how many come in the 4s.  But 104 come in the 3 boxes, and 80 in the 5... It's about $11 per box.

Wow, we only pay $13 for 104 in size 3. Get the Parent's Choice brand from Wal-Mart. I seriously can compare them to the effectiveness of Pampers. We have to use a size up for overnight, but we had to do that with the name brand ones too. We also get 480 wipes for $7, same brand.
Also, the Parent's Choice food is cheaper than the name brand. I haven't checked the others, but the PC puffs snacks are actually healthier per serving than Gerber.

We buy pampers at Sams Club because we seem to get more and spend less. We pay $35 for 180 diapers. If I'm going out of town I usually buy a smaller pack of whatever is on sale in Winn Dixie, but most of the time Huggies and Pampers are usually on sale for $10-$11 for a 35 pack, but I think I did notice one time that I was going to get Huggies (because I had a coupon) that Pampers had a few more diapers for the same price. The diaper companies don't take into consideration that some children pee a lot lol and need more diapers. We live in Florida so my daughter is drinking a lot more water and of course peeing more so I feel like we're going through diapers before the month is over. Usually we buy a box and it will last us a whole month.

I defintely see that. I use a store brand, and they are holding less diapers per bag now then they did when my son was born three years ago...

My sister works at target and she said different stores carry different size boxes .I guess it goes by the weight of the package. Also huggies had two types of diapers the snug & dry and the supremes and the snug and dry have more in each package.

I don't know I've been buying then at the same store and the same type until now that i changed to pampers were i live there is only one walmart it a small town so I don't know i do think the companies are riping us off now

I knew I wasn't the only one to notice this I buy huggies and they also usually come with like 5 more then they do now for the same size so i changed to pampers because this might sound a bit frugal to some but pampers come with 3 more then huggies for the same size and for like 10 cents cheaper but I have to buy for two kids! so every cent counts what you have three kids all under 5 and they need a lot

I've noticed the same thing. I buy Luvs size 3 and there are usually 40 in the package and now there are only 36. I don't know why they are doing that now especially when money is so tight for everyone.

Yes i always say that. The size goes up and the count goes down. I think this is because smaller sizes use more and bigger size children don't so they make more money by u having to by more diapers. Its ridiculous but that's how they make their money.
