Diet Tricks

So I've been trying to lose all my baby weight and get back to my normal weight, I'm almost there as I only have about 15lbs to go! Does anyone have any diet tricks or anything that worked for them???! I will take any and all advice! I would love to fit into my bathing suit this summer!!

i was really huge with my daughter (and after) and then when i finally lost the weight i got prego again but didn't gain that much, i bf my son and that helped a lot. . .but what i do is i use a salad plate or just a small plate for my dinner plate and half is filled with veggies and 1/4 of meat and 1/4 of carbs. . i know its hard because pasta is delicious =) then i have fruit for a side or dessert. . .so i have fruit with breakfast, morning snack and dinner and i have veggies with lunch, afternoon snack and with dinner so there you get your three servings each a day. . .and remeber when they say you need 6 servings of carbs and like 4 of meat and 3 of veggies and fruit, you have to look on the side of the box or bag and see what the serving suggetion is. . .i didn't know all that and was thinking how am i going to have 6 sandwhiches a day to get my breads? but one slice of bread is a serving. . and then cereal is like a 1/4 of a cup so . . .i hope some of that helps. .
