Every baby is different. My son was over a year, my daughter was a few months old. Just enjoy your time together and don't stress too much about it. The No Cry Sleep Solution by Elizabeth panty has some great tips too!

My son is 2 months and what always works for me is that around 10pm I give him a nice warm bath and a warm bottle and after he burps I gently rock him to sleep and he sleeps through the whole night. its an old remedy but i hope it can help

Yes. Both of my girls do, they both have been good about doing this. And Swings help a whole bunch too :)

My daugher likes warm bath, soothing music, a warm bottle and having a tender vibrations mattress. She was sleep through the entire night by the time she was 4 months old (adjusted age).

My son just recently started sleeping through the night. We have been sleeping with him until a week ago, but as soon as we moved him into his own crib with a nightlight he slept SOO much longer. Also, I put a stuffed animal in with him that he really likes and play a lullaby for him. That helps him get to sleep and also to help him feel comforted when he wakes up. He still wakes up sometimes but he comforts himself back to sleep now.
How old is your baby? What all have you tried?

How old is your baby? Its important to remember each child is different. Not every child will sleep through the night and not every routine will work. As they get older their tummies can hold more so they can sleep longer. And when they can handle solids (6months) try feeding your child an hour before bed and give a bottle right before. Keep em full! Breastfed babies also digest their milk a lot faster than formula fed babies because breast milk is easier on their delicate tummies so its digested quicker!! so a breastfed baby will wake more often to feed. Hang in there. This doesnt last forever.

edit to add...I could not have a child without a swing..Seriously. This helps so much for settling them off to sleep. Whoever created this beauty is God in my books :)
