Do any of you moms out there have a baby/infant who gets dry lips? I have always used lots of chap stick because my lips are dry otherwise, so maybe that trait got passed onto my 3 1/2 month old? I've been putting vaseline on his lips here and there (when I feel that they are very dry) & it doesn't bother him. Is this okay to do?

I would probably use Lansinoh over vaseline. I'm assuming since they tell nursing mothers to put Lansinoh on their nipples it's okay for babies to ingest. I find it works better than petroleum jelly for dry skin anyway.

Vaseline is a petroleum product. Rig workers discovered it in the oil field. They used to scrape it off the machinery and rub on their chapped and cut hands.
