Do any other moms out there use the E.A.S.Y (eat, activity, sleep, you time) method?? I've been trying it the past couple days and I think it's working out okay but I'm not sure. I'm trying to find a good routine that keeps my 3 month old happy and healthy. I need him to be able to be content on his own while I do things/relax, I need him to go right to sleep when I KNOW he is sleepy instead of fussing around and keeping himself unnecessarily awake in his crib, and I'm trying to figure out if I should be feeding him more than 4oz per feeding because I feel like that's not really filling him for long, etc. And I want him to get on a routine where he's not going to sleep so early (right now it's around 6pm) and can sleep through the night---and not the doctors version of 'sleeping through the night' which is only like 5-6 hours--I'm talking about bedtime around 7 or 8 and sleep until 4 or 5 am (boyfriend gets up for work at 430-5 so I'm fine with getting up at that time since his alarm usually wakes up the baby). heeeeeellp!!!
