Hi everyone,
I am 28 and I am having my second child. I used to be very active and I would exercise, and my first child is very active 3 year old. I am pretty active, but I was wondering about exercising after the baby. I am worried about having a muffin top that I can't get rid of. I have been looking up about losing weight and having excess tummy fat? Does anybody have any words of wisdom that you would like to pass on.... about getting rid of excess belly fat. Thanks, Mhairi :)

I lose weight with these programs

Both their real-life experience and the latest fitness research suggest that low- to moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, while beneficial, is not the fastest route to leanness and overall health that many people believe it is. The real key to fat loss is high-intensity exercise, especially strength training.

Thanks very much for your help ladies :) It is much appreciated, I am definitely going to breastfeed, I had so much milk last time....it was crazy. I think I let emotions and tiredness lead into temptations...hahahha. The wrong foods, which makes you more tired right? Anyway, thanks :)

If you are still pregnant, take care now! your baby is only going to take the NUTRITOUS part of whatever you eat, and you get the rest! walk daily, read "fit pregnancy" mags (from the library) and get inspired. Think about it: moms come in all shapes and sizes and pretty much every baby at birth wieghs from 4 to 12 pounds. Walk everyday after the baby is born and drink lots of water! maybe find a mom fitness group where you can bring your kids. lots of fun and very supportive. Good luck and do your best!! And remember, its not about being skinny, but being healthy.
