first baby 7 weeks nw.. pls suggest how to maintain weight during pregnancy

You sre suppose time gain between 20-30 pounds during your pregnany. I delivered my baby 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I was right in the middle at 25 pounds gained and am already fitting back in my "fat" but regular jeans. I trick was to always have snacks and healthy ones. I always had fruit with me and high fiber granola bars. I ate when I was hungry which often meant 2 breakfasts or 2 lunchs - that doesnt mean you will gain too much. Just be careful what you are eating and you shouldn't have an issue :) good luck and congrats! My son is the best thing that ever happened to me and completely worth every strech mark and the scar across my belly from the c-section.
