Have you tried a different kind of formula/brand? cause i know my daughter wasn't very thrilled about the ready made stuff once I switched her to Enfamil A+ Powder I thought it seemed lighter and thinner more of a breast milk consistency and she took to that no problem. another thing you could try is try to thin it out even more then the recommend for only the first couple bottles and gradually make it thinner as breast milk is very water like and if that doesn't help try and get someone else to give it to him because he associates you with the breast, when doing this keep in mind he can smell you up to 20 feet away. I hope this helps you have to be patient and persistent. Oh and also if you try giving him formula and he wont take it and starts getting frustrated don't automatically give him a bottle or put him to the breast because he will learn he can get it that way all it takes is a quick refuse, make sure you wait about 10 minutes trying to occupy him with other things such as a walk around the house to capture his attention on something else.
