Every year at each of my childrens birthdays we have an egg toss I boil some and dont boil others its fun! the kids love it and then we do a relay with eggs on spoons! sack races are always fun, you can get sacks at a feed store for $1 each. or a race with an old sheet have one child sit on the sheet and one pull it to the finish line and then switch! have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crafts is a great idea!! I actually already bought prizes for the kids. Our grocery store has a dollar section with great stuff! Sidewalk chalk, markers, bubbles...that sort of thing! Thanks again

The 6 year old is a boy by the way!!! If anyone has suggestions for a 1 year old b-day party, that would be great too, she is a girl. Of course she is to young to perticipate, but their will be older kids their!

Hi, I am having the same trouble. my daughter is turning one in June. I was thinking about a water balloon fight, or you can also get a piniatta. I am aslo going to buy fake tatoos, and have some crafts for the kids, and you can get little inexpensive things to give away as prizes. hope this helped a little bit.
