Gewtting rid of lower tummy fat! LOL!

Can anyone recomend a great excercise or maybe foods/diet that could really help me lose some of my lower tummy fat?? Ever since my 2nd child, that is the area I cannot seem to get to shrink at all! LOL! Any suggestions will be appreciated!

I also have this problem and is sucks! I am really skinny though so I get a lot of reactions. I can't stand wearing tank tops because it really looks as though I am pregant. My son is three years old! I have been scared to do any strenous activities because I have back problems. Will pilates help?

(this will help with muscles) You can do sit ups just by using your legs. lye on the ground and get someone to stand above your head. Hold on to their ankles, lift your legs up to the person and get them to throw your legs down from side to side. Don't let your legs touch the ground. It hurts a lot but it works great. I do them everyday with my fiance and my stomach has gotten in good shape. You have to do high cardio to lose the fat, so jogging swimming, skipping rope all that stuff helps. I run and skip rope everyday. From the looks of your photo though you really don't have much to worry about as you already look like you are in shape.
