I am a full time student and have been for the last year, I have 2 kids ages 8 yrs and 20 1/2 months, and let me tell you its hard BUT its worth it in the long run! Plan everything ahead of time and always remember to make time for yourself or you're going to go nuts! Best of luck to you!

I'm going to school myself for an RN. I have a 5 year old son, going to school, and working its not a easy thing but if you take your time everything will fall in place. You cant please everyone thats why your fiance have to understand your schooling. As for you baby give her as much love as you can because you are going back to school to have a better future for your family. I wish the best for you and your family always remember to pray about and put the Lord first in your life and all will be well...God Bless!

Hi Steph!

I have been in a similar situation and what worked for me was PLAN!, PLAN!, and PLAN some more :)

I no it sounds geeky but jot a timetable for your self, write down ur college time, and if u can involve your other half in it to. You can fit in study when your baby is in bed at night, or at nap times (not every night but maybe two or three a week for a few hours), This way ur other half wont feel neglected as he will no on these nights u need to study. The time u have left can fit in the rest of your life. Or if poss. get family or friend to babysit for a few hours on a set day every week and use those hours to study!

As for housework, just keep on top of it the best u can, u will find your own routine after a little while. The first few weeks - month is the hardest to settle in, but you will be settled in no time, and completing that course!

Good luck with it! Hope the tips help x x
