My son was a great sleeper from about 2 months of age. Would sleep from 7PM to 6AM every night. I was so grateful to have a sleeping baby that young. Good thing I didnt take it for granted though, Suddenly about 5-6 mo of age he began waking through the night. He is now going on 8 months old, NO teeth yet and has had teething symptoms for MONTHS now. He gets Motrin pretty much every night to help with pain and swollen gums but wakes up 2-3 times a night. Here is my bed time schedule for him:

Dinner around 5PM
Play until about 6PM
Bath at 6
Last bottle at 630
Burps, and gets rocked to sleep no later than 730PM

My son is a crazy eater-I have him on whole milk already and he's been doing great on it, formula was not staying down (he has bad case of reflux) also on baby food and rice cereal at dinner time to keep him a little full during nighttime. Tried nixing the cereal before bed-woke up twice as much that night because he was hungry. I refuse to begin giving him a bottle in the middle of the night at this point. He hasn't had a middle-of-the-night bottle in nearly 5 months.

He wakes up at almost the SAME exact times every single night....that's what creeps me out. Once he goes to sleep around 730 his wake up times are: 10-1030, 1-130, and that dreaded 3AM. And then he wakes up at 530 to start his day. I am going CRAZY trying to figure out what is going on with him. If anyone could please please give me some advice I would be more than appreciative!! This is my first baby and I'm a single mommy just trying to get some rest and some ANSWERS :((((

So sorry! Its so tough and such a guessing game sometimes. Our daughter has had teething pain too. We use the amber teething necklace and it has helped. We also used the teething tablets. One thing that worked wonders for our girl was using a sleep sack. It keeps her cozy but its still lightweight so she isn't hot. The zipadee zip has been the best one we have tried. Not sure if that is something he may like but hope you all get get some sleep!
