HELP! i cant seem to lose the "baby weight"

i gained 75lbs while pregnant! i was very very sick the whole time and my diet was mainly pasta, yogurt and bananas. ive lost about 35lbs but cant seem to lose any more. i have no clothes that fit (besides my black sweats) and i am getting so depressed that its starting to affect my day to day life. i cannot afford new clothes and am sick of wearing the same ole stuff. im not a vain person, but this weight is uncomfortable on my small frame. im only 5"2. im eating lean meat, veggies and fruit. no bread, no sweets, no soda, juice or snacks. im also breast feeding and i walk everyday. my husband says it will take time and he is such a great man, so good to me and im driving him crazy! any support? advice? encouraging words?

I totally know how you feel. I have struggled with the same thing and am about to go through it again. I gained 30 with my little girl and then got pregnant again 4 months later. I had lost 15 though before. Now I will have about 40 lbs to lose. What really helped me during the short time I was working out was doing Turbo Jam and bellydance. I have been bellydancing for 4 years and I love it! It's low impact but gives you a serious workout and is quick to give you a sexy femine toned figure. I love to do high impact workouts too so I started Turbo Jam which is like a dancy version of kickboxing. I lost weight SOOO fast doing that. I lost 4 inches in 5 days just around my middle. And it was so much fun to do! Another thing is to make sure that you are not cutting to many calories, especially since you are breastfeeding. If you cut to much you will actually stop losing weight because your body feels like it's starving. Make sure you are getting at least 1500 calories. And while you are losing the weight buy some cute clothes that fit you now. It really helps boost your confidence and makes you feel good. I would also add some whole grains to your diet. Not a whole lot but your body really needs those carbs and whole grain is the best possible and will help encourage losing weight. Hope this helps and good luck!! :)
